Your email and the waitlist

StayHoldfast is run by [Your full name or company name], who is responsible for your data (the “data controller”). You can reach us at hello@stayholdfast.com.

Your email address. That’s it. We also note the date you signed up and which form you used, so we know the list is working.

This site doesn’t use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider, Vercel, briefly processes standard technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.

To send you one email when StayHoldfast opens, inviting you to the free early access for the first users. We won’t send newsletters or marketing, and we never sell or share your email for anyone else’s marketing.

We only do this because you asked us to by joining the list. That consent is our legal basis (GDPR Article 6(1)(a); KVKK Article 5), and you can take it back at any time.

Emails are stored with Supabase, on servers in Sydney, Australia. The launch email will be sent through [email sending service]. These providers process the data only on our behalf, under data processing agreements.

If your data is stored or processed outside Turkey or the EU, the transfer is covered by safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, as KVKK and GDPR require.

Until early access opens and we’ve sent the invite, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After that, we delete it.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@stayholdfast.com and we’ll remove you, usually within a few days and never later than 30 days.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@stayholdfast.com.

If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Turkey (KVKK) or to the data protection authority in your EU country.

This notice is about the website and waitlist only. The StayHoldfast app will have its own privacy policy, available before you download it.
